Please be informed that Boat transfer from Semporna city to Mabul Island is available between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm, and Boat transfer from Mabul Island to Semporna city is available between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Guests who arrive at 3:00 pm or later must stay in Semporna city for 1 night and leave for the hotel on the following day. Guests who take morning flights from Tawau must check out from the hotel on one day before by 3:00 pm, and stay in Seporna city for 1 night, then take the flight on the following morning. Guests who take afternoon flights can check out from the hotel on the same day of departure. Guests must inform the hotel of their arrival and departure time in advance to arrange boat transfer.
